RPG Proposals

EDIT: Using GURPS?
1. Clock/steam/diesel/tesla/atomic punk + magical items + detective/investigator/expedition/adventure
2. ISOT of police/national police/intelligence and criminals/terrorists from far future/near future/modern/other to modern/cold war/ww2/ww1/Victorian/other. One can play future or contemporary characters.
3. Secret history + alternate history + detective/investigator/expedition/adventure
Ex: 20-25 years after a Central Powers victory, atomic testing in Antarctica uncovers the ancient but technologically advanced city of Atlantis. After an incident in the South Atlantic, the powers agree to a conference in Istanbul.
a) An international expedition is sent
b) It's been 5 years and the Atlantean tech has been acquired by criminals/rebels/terrorists
c) Same as above but different timeline/time period.
